How does it work?

1. Notify us
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. This can only be done by using our official Withdrawal Form.

2. Return the item
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

3. Packaging
Please return the item unused, undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging.

4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

5. Refund
Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days. If you selected an upgraded shipping method (such as express or evening delivery), only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

When can’t I return an item?

You cannot return your item if:

• It is a personalized or custom-made product
• It has been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• It has been used, damaged, or returned incomplete
